2007 - Our Fifth Annual Monte Carlo Night!

The parents, students and teachers at Christ the King Regional School are truly blessed by the outpouring of support by the advertisers, sponsors, donors and attendees of our Fifth Monte Carlo Night. Back in 2002, when this concept was conceived, we could not imagine the support we would have received from our community.
GREAT NEIGHBORS
It takes more than GREAT students and GREAT teachers to make a GREAT school - it take GREAT neighbors. The generous support of our Corporate Sponsors and donors make this event possible. We want to thank our Premier Sponsor Commerce Bank for their $10,000 support again in 2007. To date we have raised more than $200,000. These funds have enabled our school to be better than ever. The proceeds from this event have completely renovated our ball field, which was in dire need of new turf, fencing, and backstops. We have also installed a state of the art Science Lab and renovated six junior high classrooms (on the third floor). This charity fundraiser is all about fun (see the event's FAQ). A night of gambling, socializing and lots of chances to win fabulous raffle prize baskets. This fundraiser was organized by volunteers from the school’s Parent Teacher Association (PTA). It is the school’s largest fundraiser.
CKRS continues to provide students with the unique opportunity to develop in both faith and education. CKRS strives to educate children in academics and strong moral values. Our teachers set high standards for the students. Respecting the opinions of others and recognizing proper behavior are instilled in all grade levels. The Monte Carlo Event is just one way where businesses, community, family, friends and alumni can show their continued support for these endeavors.
CKRS Monte Carlo Committee wants to continue their mission to provide students with the best academic tools available. Based on recommendations from the School Board, this year's proceeds will complete the Junior High classroom (third floor) renovations. We are also excited to begin our three year technology commitment. This plan will make our school a state of the art facility. Year one of our technology plan includes fiber optic wiring through the school with a power over Ethernet switching infrastructure, laying the ground work for many exciting possibilities for our school.
