Child Abuse Prevention Training

Christ the King Parish will host a CAP I session on Tuesday, February 5 in the lower church at 7:00 pm. All current volunteers who have not gone through the Child Abuse Prevention training must attend  this CAP session or one held before that date at another diocesan location in order to keep the ability to volunteer at CKRS. to register please call the CAP registration line in the Office of Child and Youth Protection at (856) 583-6165 or email ddiggons@camdendiocese.org to register. Please register at least five days before the session you would like to attend.
   

CAPis a very important and informative training session done by Child Abuse Prevention Specialist to educate you in child safety practices, policy and procedures that prevent and protect children from abuse . A CAP II training is also being planned for later this Spring for those volunteers who went through CAP I and will address new topics as well as refresh Child Safety practices, policy and procedures that help keep our children safe.
